Our school places special emphasis on the gradual integration of the child in his first non-family environment, on his socialization, on his autonomy and on experiential learning, in all areas of development.
Continuously provides opportunities and tools for children to help them explore and learn how to become independent, how to experience challenges, successes and failures, how to take responsibility, to be kind, respectful and in solidarity with others. According to these principles we design and implement our educational programs!
We adapt our methods and practices to modern trends and basic pedagogical principles of great educators of Montessori, Dewey, Freinet and Malaguzzi. We implement action plans (project method) throughout the year with the involvement of other scientific partners!
For this reason:
We observe and systematically record the wishes and needs of our children in order to design our educational programs.
We support our teaching staff with group sessions and counseling and systematically train them in modern pedagogical trends and good practices with the help of scientific advisors.
We use and shape the spaces, so that they provide plenty of stimuli.
We open the classrooms and apply circular forms of actions thus enabling the children to benefit from all the spaces and materials of the school.
We welcome to our school specialized teachers and innovative educational programs according to our pedagogical plans (projects).
We apply the Portfolio method by collecting children's works with their personal contribution and the active and meaningful participation of parents.
We strengthen children's learning cycle by actively involving parents in "Investigations" and "Co-Works" .
We systematically visit outdoor spaces that involve contact with nature, artistic events, museums and everything else related to our educational programs.
